In Finland, the proportion is even greater, with one in three Finns having some form of disability, a number expected to rise as populations age.

AI/ML Solutions Help Drive Sustainability in the Semiconductor Industry

Modern society is wholly dependent on semiconductors, but their production poses huge issues, related to both meeting the increased demand and also the shortage of components due to the Covid pandemic. More importantly, there are huge issues concerning CO2 emissions, energy consumption, and water use in their production. We have developed an AI/ML-based solution that helps in early detection of production failures through detecting and classifying spatial wafer profiles in semiconductor production. That is hopefully one of the key factors in making the industry more sustainable.
